Needing advice for new daddy!

Hello all, I recently had my baby November 10th, and up until today I haven't been needing to worry about leaving her home with her daddy. He works Monday through Saturday and only off if it rains or snows. Well, I was pumping in the bathroom just recently and little Emma was just crying away, who knows what about, as she woke up from her nap. He took her and changed her, and when he soon realized that wasn't doing it, he got angry. He was trying so hard to calm her but as she continued to cry he got more and more upset and it wasn't until I could finish up and take her that she then calmed down. I told him she could sense his anger. He was even threatening to put her in her crib and let her cry but I told him at 2 months they really don't know how to self sooth. He normally is very laid back and any other day she would be great with him but just sometimes he gets in these fits. Please help! Any advice would be great!
