Hysterectomy/tubes tied...

So...im 27 and pregnant for the 6th time. I've had 2 micro preemies born at 6 months. My 1st born passed away and my 2nd is wild and crazy. I've had a couple MC. Now this pregnancy is going pretty good...but with all the complications I have and out of control BP, i almost died when I hav5e birth to my 2nd born. Well, im thinking of going ahead and either having my tubes tied or having a hysterectomy. But I hear women that have had a hysterectomy often really regret it or get depressed. But if I get them tied/clipped/burnt is there a chance of getting pregnant in my tubes? Have any of you ladies had either one done? If so how did you feel after? TiA
