30w today but measuring 33w to 34w! Does this mean baby will be here sooner?

Just had my baby appointment and I am measuring 3 to 4 weeks ahead of schedule. My ob scheduled us an ultrasound to see exactly how big our baby girl is. Does this mean she will be hear a few weeks early? As long as she is healthy I'm all for it! He said I have measured ahead my entire pregnancy so she probably isn't a big baby. TIA!
