Any holier than thou Christians about??

Danzel

So I sometimes take my grandmother to Mass. She is a christian and I consider myself one. But I have not been confirmed...(because I don't go enough, Maybe I go 4 times a year. Because of work)

So when the congregation go up and take the body and blood of Christ I am not allowed. I am made to sit and wait feeling out casted.

I thought about this during mass, and honestly thought if Jesus himself would refuse me bread and wine? Would he have made me feel not adequate enough or important enough to recieve it?

I consider myself a good person working as a palliative care nurse.

I guess my question is why anyone who considers themselves Christian can't have the body and blood of Christ?
