birth control constantly switching

Hey guys! So I get my birth control refilled every 3 months, and every single time I get it refilled, they switch the generic brand in me, should I be concerned? I have had coworkers at work say it makes the pill less effective, how but I don't think that is true, just because when I go to the pharmacy they say it's the same thing just a different color or different packaging. I would just like some reassurance that it is still just as effective as any other birth control pills. ( I take the combination bc)
