Can someone ease my mind?

Saw my bean at 7 weeks 3 days with heartbeat of 164.. HCG levels are right where they should be, but dealthy afraid of a miscarriage😕😕😕

Just try not stressing about it that won't help.  Stay positive and whatever you do don't stress a lot it's not good on the baby I think that's why I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy
