UK ladies, when did you start drinking raspberry leaf tea?

Everyone i ask has been told different weeks. Some midwifes are saying 32weeks (one cup a day) and others 35 weeks! The nhs says 36 weeks buts shouldnt midwifes be following the nhs?

I started at 20 weeks with one cup, increased to 2 cups a day then started at 3 cups a day in my third trimester. You can drink it to your hearts content in 2nd and 3rd trimesters. It simply strengthens your uterus.

I started with midwife direction at 6 or 7 weeks with 1 cup. It doesnt cause labour it tones your uterus

In the us, but my midwife said it was ok from 20 weeks. I drink a cup each day and will increase closer to 30 weeks

36 I think. You don't want it to cause labour at 32 weeks. It tastes disgusting and did nothing for me - I don't think I'll bother this time.
