Could I be pregnant? 🙏🏻

4 days late. 15 dpo. Cramping. Sore nipples. Nauseous. Not hungry. Tired (went to bed at 6 pm friday and did 2 power nap yesterday to make through the day) , bbt still really high and I had this little pinky almost translucid discharge when I went to pee this morning but nothing after that. Took a test 1st response yesterday and it was BFN. I'm starting to get anxious. Could i still be pregnant? Could the pinky discharge be an small implantation bleeding?
