sickness kicking my Arse

5 week pregnant tomorrow and for bout 2 weeks now I had bad morning sickness I also have two other little girls doctors gave me antisickness tablets which make me very sleepy so which is hard as their dad passed away I do have another partner but he works every thing I eat and drink comes back up I had misscarriage 6 months ago just woundering if anyone has any ideas I also been of work for week due Togo back tomorrow I work in hospital theatres the smells and equipment are really heavy just don't think I am ready Togo back to work but scared I will get dismissed anyone have any ideas how to help morning sickness
