Could I be pregnant?

I had sex 6 days after my fertile days, which there was only a 3% risk of pregnancy. We used a condom like always, but when he pulled out the condom stayed slipped off and stayed kind of inside me. I took the plan b pill about 40 minutes after. My period has been irregular lately, and I've heard that sometimes the pill makes your period late? Has anyone had this experience or similar?
