Heart broken :(

So january 1 took pregnacy test came out positive january 5 went to doctors n there pregnacy test came out negative she aaid maybe to warly in pregnacy so i took 2 more at home test borh came out positive so 2 weeks later the 19 rushed to the ER because i was bleeding not much but the said it was more then likely a misscarage i had to wait till the 21 to see if my hormon levels went up or down they drop deom 150 to 29 but i never bleed like the doctor said i would havibg to changes pads every hour n now i have no bleeding no cramps or nothing i still have hope but should i give up n move on ?
