Where are all the physical symptoms?

I went to log my symptoms today and they only had three options. On my last pregnancy they had loads. They didn't even have gas and bloating. I'm sorry but there is a lot more to pregnancy besides headaches fatigue and boob pain. This is frustrating. The emotional symptoms changed too. I don't like this change glow. I liked how I could log every small thing because the insights made me feel safer in my pregnancy despite that miscarriage. Now that I'm pregnant again I need that comfort. This sucks.
