My boys are 7 weeks old on Tuesday (age corrected 38 weeks gestation) and are thriving! We are finally home! And I'm loving every second of it.
Oakley- eldest by 5 mins and wearing white- was born at 2 lb 13 and now weighs 5 lb 13 and Knox- stripes-was 3 lb 1 and now weighs 6 lbs!
My babies are growing so quickly and I fall in love with them more every single day.
It's been one long and emotional ride but it's been worth every second. I now get to start life as a mum with my boys!
