I'm 21 who needed to change my primary care physician. The problem is, I go to school in a different state so I'm only home for a month but I need to go to the doctors. It's just for my knees so nothing serious. My time is limited now but do I need to bring any medical history or do you think that'll be okay for next visit when I'm having an exact physical? This is probably a stupid question but I don't wanna get there knowing it's my first time and not having any paper work. But I just didn't have time to go to my old physician to get my paper work
