Bleeding?

I found out Thursday I'm 6w6d pregnant with twins. I woke up this morning to bleeding. Not gushing but not spotting just when I wipe either. It's red and a little more liquidity than period blood. Anyone have this or know what it could be. The doctors office didn't really give me anything except to rest.

I had a small bleed at 6 weeks, now I am 16 weeks and twins are doing great! Take it easy, and only time will show 😊

I had that spotting on and off the first trimester. I was terrified but it stopped and I'm 21 weeks now. All signs are looking good. I know it's hard but remember stress won't help and take it easy. :)

I am experiencing the same thing.  Found at at 7 weeks I have twins, now, at 8w5d very mild cramping and brown spotting.  I'm so worried, been reading about vanishing twin syndrome, but reading your comments about spottig the whole time makes me feel a bit better.  All I can do is stay positive.  And pray.

I am 11 weeks with twins and have had spotting the whole way through, both babies are fine. Goodluck xx
