What's your most recent baking creation?

Hey ladies, today was a wonderful stormy day for me so I stayed home and baked some cupcakes! I made red velvet ones all from scratch, and I must say, they're awesome! I used coconut oil for the first time (I usually use canola) and they turned out amaaazziinnnggg, the texture was extra light and fluffy. I'll definitely be doing that again haha.

This is the second to last thing I made. It was chocolate cake with cream cheese filling/frosting topped with white chocolate ganache and the snowman was made from modeling white chocolate. Everything made from scratch. Was super proud of it! Made it for my husband's family's Christmas party. Tasted soooo good.

It was someone else's recipes though. Next time, I'd like to use my own. I didn't really like making my own crust, or the taste of it.

I made vegan peanut butter fudge brownies yesterday. I would post a picture but we already ate all of them lol. Less than 24 hours later 😂
