Boob pain

I think I'm finally getting consistent boob pain but it's not that bad yet my nipples are doing this weird hard thing and then it feels like someone is kind of always twisting them. But I'm asking you ladies something that is alarming me since I've had breast cancer scares in the past. I keep getting these really painful twinges right in my armpits or right outside of them close to my side boob. Is this normal? My ribs (upper couple I want to say 1-3) are hurting too. I believe it is the muscles around the ribs and not the ribs themselves. It mostly happens on the right side consistently but will happen on the left occasionally. Is this normal for you?
