IVF Question please help

I am seriously thinking about doing IVF because that may be my only option.... but has anyone ever gotten pregnant the first time around doing IVF? I don't have a lot of money to throw around but really want to try at least once. Not sure if it would be worth it so any advice is greatly appreciated!
