How often do you breastfeed at night?

My 4.5 month old still wakes up 4 times at night to feed. We've just recently started sleep training (pick up/put down and shush pat) to help him learn to sleep independently and this has helped a little as he can fall back asleep in 10-15 mins without a feed after some of the wakings (prior to this he was waking 6-10 times!). How many times do you all BF your babies at night and any tips to reduce the number of night wakings?
