12m weaning...possible to keep BF?

Is it at all possible to wean all sessions but one? lol I know the answer is probably no. I plan on weaning when my daughter turns 1yr old next month. But I would love to keep my 1 before bed nursing session. Is that possible to do if I stop pumping at work & nursing at her usual feedings? I'm going to go with no... but figured I'd ask!
