So today I got ewcm and glow says my fertile period begins tomorrow. It predicts Sunday as highest day but I know it's not accurate. 
My opk was darker today but not positive. So the arrival of ewcm today means I'll BD tonight, but should I do it again tomorrow etc or stick to every other day? I want to give my best chance so want to BD lots, however I'm worried that will weaken the sperm? What's the best option? Thanks x

I say see how you feel. My doc said every other day is best but if the mood hits and it feels right go for it. I'm currently pregnant and the last cycle before I found out (right before Christmas) I didn't chart or temp or opk test or anything. We just had a lot of sex around the time I thought I may be ovulating. Some days back to back. That shit worked for me. It only takes one time. Have fun! Good luck!

There is a lot of conflicting information out there about every day vs every other day and if sperm is ever weakened. One article I read even suggested that sex every day strengthens sperm. So, I say go with how you feel. We are trying to have sex every day, but not forcing ourselves if we're tired or just really not in the mood. Good luck!!
