Should I test?

I had slight cramps earlier and discharge that made me run to the bathroom thinking af had arrived. now my lower stomach/ pelvic area is tender to the touch. Like someone punch me right where my pants sit. My lower back is kind of sore too. Af is due in 3 days. I really haven't worried much about ttc this month cause I ordered ovulation test for next month so I don't think it's in my head and these aren't normal af symptoms. Between this and this random sore throat if had since Sat. I feel like crap. Any ideas if this could mean anything? Not trying to get my hopes up and don't want to waste a test.
