So Embarrassing 😐

So, I'm on my period & mind you I am veryyyy heavy.. I used overnight pads on a daily, the U by Kotex brand.. they are very good for me even tho they're thin. Anyway, I was sleep last night & my boyfriend comes home at 6am from work, I got up to pee after he showered & when I came back I noticed that I had left a period stain in the sheets, I was so embarrassed but he reassured me he wasn't mad or anything, he just said it happens. I was still embarrassed :((
