HELP! Breast Sensitivity: This is new for me

Anyone else experiencing new PMS/Period symptoms? My breasts are really sensitive and they haven't been in years. They ache and my nipples are especially sore and my clothing makes the sensitivity unbearable. Last time this happened I put tissues under my bra to reduce the rubbing but I mostly suffered through it. I know: TMI but I need to know that I'm not the only one with a changing body. I'm almost 19
