CM question" /> So I'm supposed to be on my most fertile day but all throughout my fertile window I've only really had a mix of watery and creamy cm.....can I still get pregnant this month or do I need to see a doctor?

Just not really sure, I thought you had to have it to show you were ovulating?!?

Answer

The point of cm is that the vagina and uterus are very acidic. The ewcm is supposed to be reduced acidity and create a hospitable environment for sperm. I think you can still get pregnant, your chances may not be as high.
