please help me

For two days, I have been feeling very stomach sick, wanting to vomit, back cramps, light bleeding and brown discharge, I had the worst pain just inwards from my hips when running yesterday, my arms feel heavy, I'm deadly tired, constantly using the toilet for both ways and my boons are sore. My situation: I'm on the pill and had unprotected sex (he finished in me)  multiple times the week before and just after New Years. My period was just after Christmas but I stopped it by continuing to take my pills. I can't be pregnant. Can I? Otherwise, any other suggestions?
