All this pain & no progress

I have had BH for weeks & the contractions have been significantly increasing in pain and in time. The back contractions are seriously the worst, feels like i have cinder blocks on my back. However these are not consistent & go away... everyone who I speak to has not experienced it for this long without going into labor within a few days but not me.
