11 weeks pregnant and may have a mild form of thrush?

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and may have a mild form of thrush. I have no odour but noticed slight green mucus and I'm not sure if I feel tender around the outside of my vagina. The doctor said she couldnt see much discharge but look kinda pink on the outside. She's given me a pessary and cream but i feel really reluctant to take. I heard that it's best not to be treated in 1st trimester and previously have had miscarriages in past.
