2 sacs?? maybe?? I don't know!

Went for ultrasound last week and they measured me at 5and5, we saw the heartbeat and it was 122bpm! We have to go back on the 20th because DR doesn't know if I have a twin that I lost or if I have scar tissue called uterine synechiae! I swear I see 2 sacs, doc also said she downs think it's scar tissue because I have never had a delivery or surgery but sometimes they just don't know what to call a finding! I'm just a nervous wreck this is my rainbow baby!! So what do you guys think?!
