How do you deal with morning sickness?

Question

Since I've hit 7 weeks it's been full blown Nausea and a couple of vomiting here and there...but I am SO hungery! I can't seem to stomach anything though and if I even think of food I feel like throwing up. My question is how do you deal with it or at least manage it enough to be able to eat something without it turning your stomach? 
Ps I take Nausea medicine but it only helps for about 30 mins

I've been carrying a baggie of cheerios with me everywhere. Saltines are too big and make me gag when I try to eat them but the cheerios are small enough to actually get into my mouth. Just keep munching on a few every few minutes and the nausea stays manageable most of the time.

If you haven't already try a seaband I wore mine and wouldn't take it off and it helped

Consistently eating cheez-its is working for me today, but every day is a new and horrible adventure in nausea.

Plain lays help because they have b6 in them and some iron and protein haha I know it's weird but a couple doctors already told me that and it helped a lot
