light bleeding

So yesterday I was having cramps but it was a lil more extreme then the normal ones I usually have so when I went to the bathroom last night around 11/12 there was some blood but it was light pink but noticeable, so I went to bed and this morning I'm still having cramps. Is this normal or should I go to the doc ? Super nervous idk what to do . Btw I'm 9 weeks prego
