cramps everyday after ovulating

Hello, I have been experiencing mild cramps and tiredness since my last day of ovulation on 1/1/16. And on Monday early morning I woke up to more intense cramps (but not like my regular period cramps) it was weird because I also felt like throwing up.  This has lasted off and on for an hour. Now I am back to experiencing cramps and feeling tired. I am suppose to start my period on Monday-Tuesday 1/16-17
