Finders Keepers Losers Weeper

If you had a sibling that was beyond careless with money, do they deserve to have it? I have a sibling that decided to bring the $100 bill she got for christmas to school, she put it in her pant pocket, instead of the new wallet she got, My family has a rule that if you wanna be careless with the money they give us or anyone gives us, and whoever finds the money in the washer or dryer they can keep it. So I did laundry and found it and kept it. There was a time her $50 fell out her pocket as she was getting the car and I see money rolling on the street cuz it's windy and she was oblivious till I said "got your money ready?" And she reached in her pocket and panicked. And i said look there goes your money better run and get it!
