WHAT IS YOUR WORST PERIOD SYMPTOM?
Ladies, I know that they're all quite bad, but if you could just name one, what would it be and why?
Mine would be constipation with cramps coming in a close second. But atleast with cramps you can lay down and chill with some herbal tea and a hot pack, I hate being stuck on the toliet when there's better things to do in life! Lol. Don't be afraid to comment ladies, we've all been there.
