I'm a hairstylist so I'm sure I will let my kid do that stuff earlier than most. I would say nothing on the scalp but maybe like little highlights or dip dyed ends.

Idk if its because im a cosmetologist, and so was my mom and i was always allowed to do whatever woth my hair, but I totally would so long as it was also okay with her father.

Gotta ask: does it require lifting??? I first colored my hair from blonde to red at age 9. I still have my hair-- except the parts I shave off. If it requires bleach I wouldn't be okay with it at this age.

No. Dying your hair while your kid make your hair bad and it's bad for kids heath. Better wait to turn 16 to die your kid hair
