boob job?

For a very long time I've been thinking about getting breast implants, for about 10 years. I don't like the way my boobs look and it affects how I view myself daily. I feel ugly and don't like myself because of them.  For the people that have gotten a breast augmentation, how do you believe the surgery benefited you? Do you regret anything? I want to hear your opinions based on your experiences with it.
