Ovarian Cyst

Hey guys, I've been actively trying to conceive for about a year and a half but I've had no luck. In 2011, I had a cyst in my left ovary removed. In 2014, they discovered two cysts in my right ovary. Six months after finding those two cysts in my right ovary I had another ultrasound, everything was okay. They were gone. Now today, I found out I have one in my left ovary. During today's ultrasound, the tech couldn't find my right ovary. Is it normal for women to get ovarian cysts that often? Is that why I can't conceive?
