Help!

My baby WILL NOT let my breast go 😭 he feeds every two-three hours and now all of a sudden he wants to eat every hour and a half, after a night of cluster feeding anyway, and now he throws a fit if my nipple is not in his mouth even he's not eating. And he won't take the pacifier that he's been sucking on! He fights it and then screams for the real thing. Help me I haven't slept and my nipples are sore!! He's only 6 days old... I don't know what to do and im crying.
