hospital tests (overdue) ?!!

Question

I have to go to the hospital for some tests to check on the baby seeing as I'm three days overdue, has anyone else ever had to do this also? What exactly do I have to look forward to??

When I had that done it was a stress test where they put the heart monitor on your belly to monitor baby's heartbeat and also the other monitor for contractions. They may also monitor for baby movement. This was almost 7 years ago so it might be different now but that's usually what it is.
