babies super close in age

okay so i had my son 9/11/16 & now i just found out i'm 6 weeks pregnant... obviously this was not planned but my due date is 9/08/17 i'm kinda freaking out.... anybody been in the same situation or have babies 12 months apart??? HELPPP
