Relationship/baby advice

Okay so I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend lives an hour away. He wants us to be moved out and living together by the time our son is born. I'll be going on maternity leave and I don't think we are able to afford that with a newborn but if we don't move out he said he is just going to move out alone and he will be further away from us.. he thinks if I live at home I won't be making anything of myself for our son. Should I just st over it and move out and hope for the best?
