Pelvic pain

So I've tried googling this but have come up with a bunch of nothing. Last night I had sex, when I got up this morning and wiped I have a large amount of blood tinged cewm. When I went to the bathroom I had a ton of pain and pressure down there. It hurts to urinate and have a bowel movement. It hurts if I laugh and if I sit down too fast. What could this be? When should I go to the dr? I don't have insurance bc I just switched jobs
