First Appointment as a Teen Mom! Please Help!

This is going to make me sound like I am the least prepared and most uneducated person in the world but I need help.  I am 6 weeks pregnant today and I am only 17 years old.  I have experienced loss in the past so I am choosing to not tell my parents until around 12 weeks of pregnancy.  However, I would like to schedule an appointment for around 8 weeks with an OBGYN at my local medical center.  I am on their insurance for the time being and need to get into an appointment.  Would going in to my first Appointment show up on the insurance and therefore reveal that I am pregnant? I know this sounds really childish but I need any insight I can get right now.  Anything is appreciated.
