We started at around 7 weeks after some queues from her that she was ready for the crib. So we do bottle, bath, and bed starting at 8 pm. We are a week and a half in and it seems to be going well. Good luck!

Massage with sleepy lotion, pjs, lullaby, nurse, read 2 books then bedtime.  We started implementing it at 2 months but she didn't really start putting herself to sleep until 4 months or so. We start the routine about 7pm at night and she's asleep by 7:30.

Many people include a bath in their routine if it calms their baby. It gets mine excited so we took it out.

It doesn't matter what the steps are as long as they are consistent, routine should take at least 20 minutes and end with an activity other than nursing/bottle (if you are trying to get away from feefing to sleep.)
