Need reassurance

So I had a miscarriage last year in April. Well I am currently 12w3days and I keep having this cramping pain in the pelvic area and I used the bathroom a little bit ago and their was a tiny spot of pink/red blood. I was just at my OB on Tuesday and she listened on the Doppler and the baby sounded great. I'm just terrified as this happened with my miscarriage. Went to the doctor everything looked/sounded great then the next day their was nothing...
