breast milk after miscarriage

I found out a couple days I had lost my twin baby's. I got induced on the 10th and I gave birth to them the next day. I just got out of the hospital and am experiencing breast milk in my breasts. For some reason, I find it very comforting for this to be happening because I would have experienced all this as a mother if they were still here with me. I don't want to do nothing. Will the milk dry up in time if I do nothing about it?
