I have PCOS and was told it would be difficult to get pregnant

I have PCOS and was told it would be difficult to get pregnant. I had my mirena IUD taken out in early December, with the plan to take progesterone if no period after a month and then to start clomid. I went in for the pre clomid ultrasound today and I'm 5 weeks pregnant! I'm super excited, but the embryo implanted low, and the fact that I had some bleeding/spotting isn't a great sign. Praying for a sticky bean :) Anyone else have some early pregnancy bleeding and low inplanation, and be ok?
