Poop on my hubby!!

OK this is embarrassing I'm 12.5 weeks pregnant. Hubby and I got heated had amazing sex got up and I had pooped a little... has any had that happen before so embarrassing.. after reading some other post I feel the need to clarify that my backdoor is exit only..12 years together and 3rd baby and the first time this has ever happened
