labor signs or....?

Question

--So I've been cleaning my house all day (nesting at its finest) and my back started hurting hardcore! I'm on my feet 90% of the day anyway and nothing strenuous today but man this hurts! Lower back and upper back between my shoulders..
--I'm super nauseous and recently developed a serious migraine that is making me hot and uncomfy but I do not have a fever. 
--Baby is moving every once in a while but have a few sharp pains here and there in my side near my ribs. 
--No real pelvic pressure or cramping but honestly my vag jus feels sore/bruised. 
Are any of these possible labor symptoms OR is it jus the joys of having only 11 days left? Any input is appreciated! :)

UPDATE:
Went to the doc and they checked my BP, HR, and puls ox.. all was good. They said it's a special issue and to drink water and relax and try to get comfy!

The headache and nausea are possible signs of preeclampsia

Sounds like you might be dehydrated. Try resting and drinking water. The vag pain is just gravity and a heavy baby growing in you lol.
