How long r u on ur feet at work?

I work in a dialysis clinic and im on my feet for   10 hours! My feet r so swollen and back is killing me end of day. Is anyone else in the same boat? I feel like a whiner if i complain. I have a low risk pregnancy and im 30 weeks.

12 hours as a pharmacist. I wear sockwell compression socks 15-20 mmHg from Amazon. They're not cheap but they save me. I also have dansko shoes.

I am a high risk pregnancy and up until this week (31 weeks) I have been on my feet working about 9 hours a day. Between 40 and 50 hours a week. I'm in fast food but I'm the assistant unit director so I never get a chance to sit down or slow down.  That's why starting next week I'm cutting down to 3 days 9 hours a day

I'm 31 weeks and sit 11.5 hr's a day between work and my commute. By the time I get home my back hurts, my feet are swollen and I have cankles. Guess it happens to all of us, no matter what we do. 😩
